• At Social Spark, we are committed to offering you an engaging and flexible membership experience. Here’s how our membership and cancellation processes work:

    Membership Dues and Access:

    • Our memberships operate on a recurring dues model, providing you access to exclusive socials and perks.
    • When you pay your membership dues, you’re paying for the next month of socials. We send out invites on the 1st and 15th of the month, so if you sign up before the 1st, you'll get invites on the 1st and 15th every month until you cancel. If you sign up on the 13th, for example, you'll start getting invites on the 15th.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Should you decide to cancel your membership, you have the flexibility to do so through several channels: (1) through the confirmation email you received upon signing up, (2) through your Social Spark account, or by (3) sending us an email.
    • If you cancel your membership after paying for the upcoming month (e.g., you pay on March 16th and cancel on March 17th), you will still receive access to the month you have paid for (April in this example).
    • Important: Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the monthly payment is due, to allow us time to remove you before the processing has been done. Requests made after a payment has been processed for the upcoming month will not be eligible for a refund for that month. Once your membership fee for a given month has been processed, it secures your access for that period, and we prepare our offerings based on confirmed memberships.

    Refunds:

    • Please note, we cannot issue refunds for a month’s membership based on personal scheduling conflicts. We encourage you to take full advantage of your membership throughout the month.

    Membership Pause:

    • We understand that circumstances change. If you need to pause your membership, you can do so by informing us at least 24 hours before your next payment is due. This allows you to retain your membership status without incurring fees for the period you’re away.
